Not Really Surprised Anymore
Well I guess I'm now 0 for 2 with the execution of my brilliant date idea. Unfortunately the opportunity doesn't come around all that often, which is I guess what makes it seem so creative and special. At least this time I went by myself and, in spite of clouds and light pollution, still saw like 10 meteors in the span of about a half hour. And it was a beautiful night tonight too, with the breeze coming in off the shore and the sounds of the waves gently crashing against the rocks. Fuck it. Her loss.
