Update for this week
Physical: oh, about 2.5 on a 5 scale--not great, not good, barely fair, but always hope for improvement.
Mental: Again, same as above, really, mostly worked a little extra the last couple of weeks, and feeling it.
Emotional: A little crowded inside my emotions. So, uh fair to cloudy.
Watching:
Primeval, s1/2
Scandal, will be seeing the first disc of s2 Wednesday.
The Walking Dead, finishing s3.
Saw W.E. Not that bad, actually. However, the first half was a little too much 1% lifestyle for me so until I felt a little more connected to the characters, I felt it a little "posey and pretty"...I give it a 2.5 cuppa rating the first half, the second half a 3.
So I'd advise anybody nowadays if your characters are very comfortable financially wise, please add some humaneness/commoness etc. to their environment...in some particular way dictated by character, plot environment etc.
Why should I feel there is any risk-whether emotional and physical or mental or cultural or ??? to these characters if it seems to me -- as someone of the much much lower than 1 % ( I think I remember some analytic tool blandly advising me I was part of the lower 24% of my county....) when I see everything as being cushioned, safety netted etc?? Not that I am saying somebody with 10 million dollars always has an easy peasey life--but they have a lot to cushion them between not so easy peasey, and somehow it never left my mind during a good part of the first half of the film.
