I am bummed.
Stargate Universe just got canceled. They had wanted 5 years. I liked the first season and heard mixed things about the second, but most people said the last half was very good.
I do not think the age of the Chapp'ai has gone!
As Cassandra said in 1969, there are a lot of adventures out there. And big bads and aliens to get to know and secrets and hey, maybe Vala Mal Doran&co can go rogue, take a puddle jumper and a quantum mirror and have fun with the Serenity Crew.Then they can go pick up Uhura&Spock--they might have a great time with the oddball mix that would be O'Neill&Reynolds.
Kaylee, McKay and Carter could reboot, retrofit the Firefly and a Ga'ould ship...

They can all speed very fast through space and time, and rescue the Destiny!
Then find Jonas!
Invite Scully&Mulder!
Make Rya'c a co-pilot with River. Those two would be a very odd mix.
And Rush could drive everybody crazy!
