Top 10 Reasons Why The BMI Is Bogus : NPR
I've taken the test and am "obese" by around 45 pounds. But what if...I just ignore that BMI and the pounds as a judgment, more as a guide, and throw out the BMI and look slowly but surely through research for a better more balanced signs of my healthfulness.
I think living frugally should also include living healthfully, and am moving towards that, and moving away towards certain items that decrease my overall healthiness level.
