Ethiopian Coffee: This is amazing coffee. This is what coffee is supposed to be.
I drank this all day, and I didn't quite eat enough through the day---but this tasted delicious, without cream,throughout the day.
It's a coffee that can hold some promise for the morning.
And I have to repeat: without cream. Or sweeteners of any sort. Or ginger, cardamon and honey.
And yes, rest assured, I love Sumatran and a lot of other sorts of coffee as well.
But this is wonderful coffee.
I bought it at Peet's.
