I gave these people a small amount of money towards basic shelter in Haiti.
They make up boxes with basic survival supplies, including cooking utensils, tools like hammers and saws, and some games for children, and 10 person tents.
It seemed like a reasonable thing to me.
I am not a mother, but shelter for my children, or any children nearby would certainly be of tantamount importance to me. Seems to me this would provide important temporary shelter for the elderly, families and little children.
