Happy Birthday Mom

Well, Happy Birthday Mom tomorrow. After an interesting night of work, I did some shopping at the only place in the plaza that is open until 11 o'clock and also my place of employment: Barnes and Noble. I bought my mom this pink tea cup and a book on juicing. It has a whole bunch of recipes for different juices that she can make. I figured it would give her something to look forward to making and trying new things. Plus, all the recipes in there are very healthy for you, and it tells you all about it. So its very informational. Ugh, you know you're getting older when you buy educational gifts for people. Whew! So I shopped for about 30 minutes after my shift ended, and then I took another 15 minutes wrapping and filling out cards ( Rob scared the crap out of me while I was writing-- if I would have messed up my cards he would have died!). Oh yeah, and some guy gave me a gift card. He said I was a sweetheart and that I could have it. Que lindo!

So tonight I got the opinion on the sweater: NO GO! Wahh!!! First Andrew and Sammy didn't like it, then I asked Rob, and he made this it-looks-bad-but-I'm-not-going-to-directly-tell-you-that-it-does face, then I asked Jo and she told me not to wear it in public... So I guess majority rules. But you know what I have to say? Fuck you! It's my sweater! No le gusta!? Lo siento porque me gusta mi jaqueta viejita negro!

So the baseball game is this saturday, and I still have nothing to wear! I'll probably end up wearing my black shorts, with some kind of Yankee related shirt, and I want to buy that awesome hat I saw in Spencer's dammit!

Oh yeah,
Birthday Gifts at Barnes and Noble: 21 dollars
Filling up your gas tank to drive to Boca: 30 dollars
