i can not get the image of time-traveling william out of my head. WHY DOES IT FIT.

Because there are photos of him floating round where he's dressed like Doctor Who? (I can't find them, but they're out there! I swear! I didn't dream them!) And also because he seems mental in a slightly less sinister way than, say, Pete or Gabe, and so *could* manage to go back in time without destroying the entire continuum for shits and giggles. IT MAKES COMPLETE SENSE TO ME. HELP.
