Busy mind
Things have been going alright. I am learning a little about how to protect myself better by my real master thanks to a great trainer and wonderful man. I actually really enjoy the lessons, but I am really bad at getting the moves right and my balance is horrible. It is scary that the family feels I should know this stuff. Especially since it is a couple of guards essentially teaching me how to protect myself from other guards who seem to enjoy beating me up since I look like I'd put up a fight.
I went to visit my parents today, and my violin lessons are still coming along, albiet a bit slowly since this new piece is frustratingly difficult, and I try to find times when the family is out so they don't have to hear me butcher a song. until I am ready to play it for them. I have been playing a little more piano in the evenings to unwind. And the family seems to like it, and it seems about the only way I can repay them for their kindness.

I think I should head down to the dojo for a bit to continue training, I am still too skittish around the practice swords and I need to work on that. And I found parts of that card that was around the city in the trash while I was straightening up. I will not let my master or his family get hurt by Aquila. I'm going to learn to fight really well so I can protect them like they protect me.
