Seeing as the other two have already commented on your idea being an idiotic one, I suppose I don't really have to repeat that for you. ...Of course, I am anyway, because it is. You're thinking up something foolish that I can tell you right now won't work. So do me a favor and calm the fuck down, stop acting like such a stupid dog for once, and just wait. Your mate seems like the type who can manage just fine while he's there, but you will have to give him time and a lot of patience, as things rarely work out the way you hope down there. I'm sure he'll talk to you again when he gets enough time without having to worry about them seeing what he's doing and taking away his unsanctioned belongings...that is if they haven't already. They don't trust slaves with journals, I've noticed. So that could also be part of why you've heard no word. They might've taken it from him. I know they used to do that to Akaya all the time

They do. They can also do far worse than just taking his stuff, and if what he told me is true and that we really do have that much in common, then he will no doubt make his share of enemies there by not behaving himself. Not that I can fault him at all for that, because they really are a bunch of assholes there and most of them have no remorse for our kind. He sounds like he's tough enough to handle whatever they throw at him, though

He's really tough and strong...I'm sure he'll manage...but I don't want him hurt and with them all being dangerous in there...and he won't listen to me about playing ball and behaving. Sometimes it sucks, but it is safer.

My master is one of the higher up royal guards, but I know you are right...if I get into too much trouble, he might not be able to help me.
