Today I got a lecture from a homeless man in my store on how stupid it is that only 300 people live in Tempe.
Really though. It happened. I didn't know exactly how to process it, or what to say to him, cause he was so adamant that Tempe only has 300 people in it (try 500,000?) and he was so UPSET about it, and I wasn't sure what he wanted me to do about it....so I just listened.
I think that sometimes, all people really need is for someone to listen to them.
Even if they are bat sh*t crazy.
I rocked my bio test out last week, I also got really sick and laid in bed for days, watched hella movies (I love you, netflix!) and planned my trip to the midwest with my soon-to-be-boyfriend. I say soon to be cause he has something up his sleeve and is making me wait. I don't know. I don't ask questions, he's usually got everything on lockdown without me anyways.
But let's not play. He's mine, and I'm his.
....and then he's going to Vanderbilt in the fall. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat.
Work is very confusing. I'm being treated like a shift supervisor, and expected to go to management meetings, but I haven't received any formal training, am not getting paid like a shift, and am not running any shifts. ? Any day now!
