I'm already trying to get my new year resolutions done. I went for a walk/jog this morning and came back and worked out for an hour. I'm thinking if I can do this stuff without messing with my lupus then I can do anything. I did 100 sit ups, I bench pressed 45, but I might take it down to 35, its kinda heavy lol. I've only eaten twice today and it was small portions. I took my vitamins though. I'm thinking about cutting bread out of my diet, its just going straight to my ass and I don't like that. My mom says I can eat anything and still lose weight, I just have to exercise, I agree but I want to be healthy, eating nothing but candy cheesesticks and chicken nuggets isn't healthy at all. I got to regulate my sleep clock soon. I didn't go to sleep until 5mins to 5am, I was up all night cleaning and doing school work.
I've doing a lot of reading and listening to music, I have another set of back to back doctors appointment next week, I see Dr.Scott and Dr.Wilson again. I hope she sees the improvement in me that I see. She might wean me off of thorazine because it's horrible. I hate feeling like a horny 13 year old. It's icky. Dr.Wilson is cool so I don't mind seeing him, he just wants to go over my eye exam results and refill my prescription.
I don't know why I like the feeling of soreness that you get from working out the next day. Like I can feel the muscle groups I worked reshaping and becoming stronger. Don't worry, I'm not going to become a meat head lol.
ETA:everybody on my f-list should listen to Manchester Orchestra and City&Colour, they are good music
