Wise Fan's Lament
Is it a bad thing if you are checking your phone every 30 minutes to see the latest RSS feed? I bought a LG GT540 while in Singapore to replace my dying Nokia 6131. At first I wasn't too sold on the idea of getting a smartphone, as all I wanted in my new phone was the ability to be a portable MP3 player as well, but was sold on it by the salesman. And 2 weeks on from my initial purchase, I think I'm getting addicted to it.
Over the last 5 days I've sucked up 25MB from my prepaid data allowance already. Partly since I'm visiting sites that load up images (Dannychoo's Blog and Figure.fm), but recently got an app that links to my flickr account as well. Also checking some of my emails that are HTML based so more data being sucked up. I better opt for a bigger data allowance later on.
However, if there's one thing that baffles me, and that's a small amount of entertaining games available on the Android store. So far, I only have Sudoku installed, and while that does provide for some entertainment, I'm wondering if there is anything more. Well, I'm partially happy that there isn't any games yet on my phone otherwise I may get in trouble at work.
Speaking of which, looks like I got another pay rise. **does happy dance**
And my incentive limit is up to 5k instead of 3k. Makes me want to go earn another 1 Million for the company again.
