Murphy's Uncertainty Principle

Started on a summer project (well it's autumn now) by making my own home-made apple cider. Got an apple tree growing out the back and this year's crop has been pretty good so far. Since a lot of sites I read calls for us to use a apple press, I went "screw it!" and used the juicer instead. So far I think I juiced enough apples to give me about 3-4 litres worth. I even went and pasteurised the juice (heat it up to about 80 degrees Celsius) and strained off most of the sediments. However, I think I made need to strain it a bit more using the muslin cloth as some of the recipes recommended that you strain as much of it off. Better have it done tomorrow morning. Next is putting it in a cool place (some mention the fridge), so I'll probably put it in there.

Mmmm.... this project should be done in 2-3 weeks. Mmmmm... home-made cider. Well I hope it turns out to be that. Pray it won't become cider vinegar. :)
