i'd love to buy a couple of books, but i really would not know which to choose! i've not read much sci fi/fantasy, woefully, so what would you suggest for someone unfamiliar with this genre? these wouldn't necessarily be for me, they'd be gifts. ;)
Many thanks for asking, and I am sorry I may have given the impression that all I publish is fantasy and science fiction. :-)
Not at all! If you take a closer peek at the books above, many of them are classics of world literature, romantic women's fiction, general mainstream, hard-to-categorize crossovers, and even health and non-fiction.
I am of course unfamiliar with what kind of things you like to read, but judging by your icon, a first moments clip from the opening scene of the recent Pride and Prejudice movie, I am guessing you might be interested in trying the newly released James Fairfax by Jane Austen and Adam Campan, a remarkable re-envisioning of Jane Austen's world, where gay marriage is commonplace and love is gender-blind. :-)
If you might be interested in US historical and Native American fiction just barely flavored with supernatural, try the award winning books of Modean Moon.
