Holy shit!
I just looked on Amazon Marketplace, and some resellers are selling out-of-print used copies of the trade paperback edition of Dreams of the Compass Rose for $999.00!
Let me repeat that.
A used copy of my novel for a thousand dollars a pop.
And, not one but two copies are listed for this asking price!
I mean, I have seen some of my books before listed for like around $160.00, which is crazy enough, but a grand???
Do they actually think ANYONE (IN THEIR RIGHT MIND) will pay that?
And... and... and... That's not even the first edition! Why are they asking higher prices for the TPB edition that came out after? I mean I can understand some collector going after rare firsts, but this?
