My this year's Nebula Nominee Interview
Earlier this year, the excellent charlesatan interviewed me for my second Nebula Nomination for The Duke in His Castle in the novella category.
It has now been posted on the SFWA Nebula Awards Website.
Here's an excerpt:
"Would you believe (to quote Maxwell Smart) that this work originally started out as a short story? I think all ideas start out as pre-inflated rubber balloons. Depending on their potential scope they grow as big and blimpy as a multi-book series or stay as tiny condom-sized condiments of flash fiction...."
