I'm a little late on this, but I found it and I had to do it! :)
fannish5 So you're cleaning all the pollen off your TV screen and a genie pops out. In return for freeing her, she offers to grant you 5 changes to any TV show(s) you wish. With only 5 wishes, what do you wish for?
1) On Voyager: So help me, take Seven of Nine away!! The entire show after the end of the third season pretty much consisted of "Let's help Seven regain her humanity" or "Let's have Seven learn how to be a parental figure", or "Let's help Seven fondle the first officer". It annoyed me to no end, and as I watch my season 1-3 DVD's, I am reminded of how nice things were.
2)On The X-Files: Well, Mulder leaving was a big bummer. David Duchovny may have wanted to quit, so if said Genie couldn't fix that, then take us back to the day Fox decided to help David back out, and cancel the show. In the actual series finale, Reyes and Doggett didn't necessarily have HUGE roles, so...let's go back to the day D.D announced his departure, and write a series finale.
3) Buffy the Vampire Slayer: One word: DAWN. Get rid of DAWN. Whiny, annoying, pain-in-the-ass "Key" that she was, she pretty much served her purpose for that storyline, and then...since she was already a fake memory for them all, couldn't she have been erased, and then they'd all forget, and that'd be that? I mean, honestly...she was annoying as hell. Get rid of her, someone, please.
4) Star Trek: Enterprise: Well, honestly, I adore the cast completely...but how about making the designers/production crew make it a little more...well, old looking? Something like Kirk's Enterprise? Sharp corners, weird nacelles...cardboard looking doors?
5) CSI: Please, please please please take us back to when the shifts were day/night, and Catherine and Grissom and the rest all worked together. I miss that terribly, and this new thing...just doesn't sit well. With anyone, it seems. And if they make Catherine bitchy to the point where I don't like her, I'll be unhappy. I want it changed.
