what good is it to sing helplessness blues?
So, family time, friends time, and tv time is eating away at my NaNo time, everyone.
Choosing is making me a sad panda (I had to forgo Castle this week in favor of finishing off a scene I was working on T_T) and I'm pretty sure my sister is getting annoyed with me, even though I don't think she'll say anything because she gets how hard 50,000 words really is. The problem is, she's only at home until January and I'm being a crazy person throughout November trying to get this thing accomplished.
It's not like it would be any better if I decided to abandon the NaNo goal. I still promised to write people a bunch of fic and I swear I will finally sign up for yuletide this year NO MATTER WHAT. It can be done, but with an hour left of work and commitments for tv and family made tonight, and ONLY 300 words written today all with already being around 2,000 words behind. I am grumpy. :<
Also, the fic I'm working on right now is about 8,000 words longer than I had anticipated. It's a fucking monster and I LOVE IT. SO MUCH.
