What I've been working on...

Various things over the past...six months?  When did I last post anything to FF.net??  I can't remember anymore.  It's been over a year of planning the sequel to TWB/F and I've got a rough first chapter and a pile of scenes, although it is a rather large pile.  Barely any middle, and no official end.  But many a plot twist, I guess that's good.

I think that one of my biggest problems is that I can't stand anything that I'm actually writing nowadays.  I've spent way too much time reading instead of honing my writing skillz.  I feel like I'm falling into bad habits and repeitive patterns.  How do I break that?  Or have I reached my talent limit?  Maybe my plotting skills have surpassed my actual writing skills...can I do the sequel justice?  Ugh.  Does this sound too much like I'm fishing for encouragement???  >
RL was very crazy for a while, but I'm finally graduated and now I've finally found myself a job in my new city.  Things might actually calm down.  But who knows...I might end up with a social life too, and then where will all my internets time go?

I want to get back into being more involved in the fandom...but you have to actually write things in order to do that.  Maybe my submission for the
labyfic  exchange will grant me some inspiration for other things, and maybe some of my confidence back...I do like the prompts I got tho.  It's proving to a quite a challenge, which is what I wanted.  ^^

Sorry I'm so needy.  So, how are you F-list?
