Late night of awesome
Fast post on what's up with me:
*Work is crazy this month and next month. At one of my jobs, someone was promoted, so we have a gap to fill in the staff and my hours have been bumped up to pick up the slack and staff the desk until the replacement is hired. Yay for more money and time at my higher paying job, boo for being crazy busy in March and April.
*I have been seeing a boy, which hasn't happened in a while. He's busier than me, so dates are once or twice a week and things are going slow in a lovely way.
*I signed up for remix. I qualify in one fandom, but am really looking forward to seeing what my assignment is. I've never participated before. :D
*I just started a community where I will be hosting a Justified fic exchange. nvrleaveharlan. Go join it if you want to participate, watch it if you want to read awesome Justified fic. I'll also be hosting this year's Summer in Harlan comment fic meme there. I just spent two hours adapting a sign up form and guidelines for the exchange and am really excited.
*The one year anniversary of me posting my first ever Justified fic is approaching. March 22, 2011, I posted Hellfire, still one of my best fics in the fandom, IMHO. Ugh, if I had time I would write a little remix or a sequel scene or something to post on the day. Anyone who wants to take a stab at it, have at. Ever since I signed up for remix this year (and before that actually) I have been hankering for AUs of fic and wider collaboration with people.
*ALSO, THE SHOW WAS SPECTACULAR THIS WEEK. And AUSA David Vasquez!! Someone remind me to devote a post to him and find some gifs or something. Endless Mike for god's sake! And that smile. If ever I had a rare ship for this fandom that does not include Carol Johnson, it would be Raylan/David Vasquez, based off this fic from yuletide 2010. <3
