I got this in the mail today.
It's Hiro Mizushima's 2nd photo book "With You Hiro 2".
I would scan it, but pali_mari had already scanned most of Hiro's photo book. Check the rest of the scans here. The book also includes a poster and stickers, which I am so tempted to use at the moment.
