That sounds like a typical rejection letter.
Which in the end is all bullshit.
They try to break it nicely to you, but in turn it should really say "you suck @ life and you have no chance with our company".
I've gotten enough of those letters.. I happen to think 3 is enough. >,<
They make you feel so worthless.
