Last night's dinner was stir-fried vegetables, mostly from the garden. Nothing unusual about that, except it was the first harvest from this year's plantings: the bok choy and Michihli cabbage seeded in February, set out in March, is now mature. Predictably, it is trying to bolt, so we'll have to eat it up quickly. Favas are also coming on strong and we will be eating them soon.
