grandpa had a stroke
he's ok
but has to have more surgery on his arteries

i finally cleaned out under my bed
it wasn't as hard as i expected
easier then going through the pictures of san fran

there is definitely something wrong with me
i've lost my mind
but i'm trying to pull it together

according to someone who knows me well
i've always looked for my strength in others
and maybe its time to find it in myself

taking it day by day
ensuring my energy orb is positive
homeostasis was the beginning of people
bulling up my booth straps
things of that nature
