Tower Defense
I had a nice meeting with my contractor today, to go over some potential house plans. The ones he was suggesting for me are actually quite like some ones I'd picked out myself, so that's very exciting, and proves to me we're on the same wavelength. Also slightly cheaper than I expected, so that's great.
However, when we were talking about what kinds of modifications he could do, it got pretty entertaining. Could he move these rooms around? Yes. Add some loft space in two of the bedrooms? Yes. Add a single room on the second floor?
Well, why would I want to do that? I have such a large lot I can easily just have a larger first floor. Sure, I said, but I want a tower. But, he said, I could just put that room on the ground floor. Except, I pointed out, that I want a tower. But why? Because tower.
I think I left him a little confused. Wait until he hears about the other mods I have in mind.
