I had been wondering how Sons of Anarchy could follow up on the end of season 2, which was pretty damn amazing. Then I watched episode 3.1, up online today, and thought, "Oh. Right. That's how. Damn."

In related news, Gemma (Katie Segal) is on my list of women I want to grow up to be, joining such illustrious company as Sarah Connor and Glen Close.
