Books, Gigs
I got lost today when trying to meet up with some people and ended up in this old second hand bookstore that was closing down and trying to get rid of everything. I may have brought a few things home...
Not all of those are bought today, I swear.
I picked up so many deals, including the 1906 publishing of Federico Giorgi's Del modo di conoscere i buoni falconi, astori, e sparauieri an Italian text on falconry and, lord almighty it's so beautiful and I couldn't really afford it at all since there's still a hole in my roof but it's a Italian Victorian ornithology book and considering the age and the beautiful illustrations it was a bargain.
(I'm a bad, bad person. I know.)
Tomorrow - if the weather is fine - I'll be outside the National Gallery performing on the steps with my guitar and a busking top hat. Feel free to drop by and say hello, and throw money at me if you want. (As you can see, I'll most definitely spend it on food and house repairs and not frivolous things I don't need.)
