I think that having someone understand you... really understand you... is one of the best feelings in the world, especially when such a friend appears unexpectedly.
i can't wait till thanksgiving. :)
p.s. the first snow of the year always puts me in awe. no matter what's going on in your own petty life, nature will always pull through to remind you of the beauty that's out there regardless. we've gotten probably about a half inch by now and it's still falling, and out the window that stretches across my whole wall i can see the snow piled on every tiny black branch of the trees and falling in big flakes past the old-fashioned lamps, and it's all just so serene and beautiful and makes me feel that everything's going to be okay.
and everything IS going to be okay. :)
