concert report: no doubt/paramore 71909

awesome:
- paramore sounds amazing live. of course, pulling off backflips off each other also makes a good show. hayley's a tiny girl in real life and she can really pull it off vocally...
- paramore made a quick plug for their new album, which is always a nice way to say 'buy my shit'...
- it's too bad alot of the kids only know the 'riot' songs and decode...when they played 'pressure', everyone was like "huh? when are they playing decode?" i don't think decode's their signature song anyway...
- everyone was on their feet when no doubt played. they still sound amazing live after all these years... i don't think anyone sat down at all, even for their slower songs like underneath it all and rock steady...
- adrian in a tutu is always hilarious...
- gwen signing a big girl's tattoo and doing pushups...quite hilarious!

- no one really cared for the sounds (1st opening act)...too bad, the blonde singer looked decent in her 'drobe' (dressed that looks like a robe)
- organization for parking and line management for white river amphitheatre is FUCKING HORRIBLE. we must've sat at the parking lot for at least an hour, and we literally had to resort to underhanded tactics to get out of that damn place...of course, when patience is running thin, stupid people tend to drive stupidly...it didn't help that most of the parking lot attendants were standing around like lazy fucktards...
- nothing says overpriced more than four dollar water which had to be poured into a cup, and a coffee hut that took 10 minutes to make a single coffee per person, which made marie and i miss 'spiderwebs'...
- people are pretty damn disgusting when they literally fill up a portapotty to its limit and drop off a trash-filled mcdonald's bag along with it...
