One of my Year 7's was throwing firecrackers out of the window during class. That is just... beyond words.
Most of the other Year 7's, however, remain awesome. Perhaps the good ones just stick in your mind more, but aww, I <3 them.
We had three of the local colleges visit us at school today as a precursor to the open nights. College is only 7 months away, wheeeeee! Only Hawker College out of those three offers Indonesian, though - shame, because Lake Ginny looked really good otherwise.
I also joined the debate team! Mel's a member, as well as the William Wallace dude and Ms Klee's son. The next debate's on Tuesday at Lyneham High (Sophie? You don't debate, do you? Are you even in Australia?) - a secret topic, it should be fun!
I've also started playing soccer at lunchtimes, and I'm no longer godawful, just awful. Hooray!
