Maybe I should have continued on with Italian after all. The school hands out a free trip to Italy each year to the best Year 12 student, and to be frank, there's not really much question that I'd win it if I tried.
But then, I really wanted to do that English class that's only offered once a year, on the same line as Italian... and I've already had to cut out classes that I wanted to do because there was no room left on my timetable... and there are other things I want to do after Year 12, that mean more to me than Italy...

Today was my second-last day at this job. I'm working tomorrow afternoon, and I volunteered to come in tomorrow morning - we're throwing a Christmas party for the kids.
I'll miss this place.
