It's Friday! I'm having trouble believing it, this week has been so incredibly long and busy. xD I didn't think I was going to get a break at all today, I had a full day of classes and a canteen shift at recess and an SLG meeting at lunch, but the SLG thing ended up finishing early, as did Psych, and Candi and Jess and I kinda skived off English, so it wasn't too bad. Liz and Candi and Brendan and I had a very giggly lunchtime, dancing and listening to the Captain Planet song on Brendan's mp3 player... and you know your friends are awesome when they can catch you reading a book opening with "I knew my brother was going to turn into a panther before he did" and still love you. :P

I watched the start of Bedknobs and Broomsticks today. Haven't seen it in years and years... I was expecting it to be terrible, and maybe it was just that I was still feeling giggly from school, but it was great. xD The disc wouldn't work past the first ten minutes, though... I'll have to rent a different copy sometime, or wait for the library to replace it.

This weekend -

Definitely:

• write first Anthropology oral,
• write and practice Chinese oral,
• finish Psych report,
• finish those mix CDs for Lyla,
• buy some flowers/balloons to surprise Alicia with on her birthday (or organise someone else into doing it),
• go to that movie with Morgan and Taygan (find out what and where and when).

If at all possible:

• practice Italian oral,
• write second Anthropology oral,
• work on English CR,
• write English oral,
• clean up the house,
• go out to breakfast with Mum,
• finish my overdue library books/movies and return them,
• send that book off to Sri Lanka,
• watch a few more episodes of Heroes.

Life is SO INCREDIBLY BUSY at the moment. Did I mention that? Something tells me I did, I've been whining about it for the past two weeks. Lyla-the-American-billet is coming on Tuesday! I'm really excited, I've been emailing her and she seems really lovely. We're exchanging mix CDs (which I'll probably post up here later; I'm currently having fun with the cover art) and I'm volunteering at the welcome barbecue at school on Tuesday... and then I'm volunteering at the open night and I have a debate on Wednesday night, and so on. Did I mention that LIFE IS REALLY BUSY at the moment?

I think I'm going to watch one more episode of Heroes, and then go to bed.
