with the encouragement of marshall and my friend, nic, i've started my own food/cooking blog. yeah, i know there are plenty out there, but i'm not set out to compete for ratings or readers. i needed an outlet for my creativity and a way to keep me honest and on top of cooking and finding new recipes. it's possible i might not be able to update

i just decided last night that i should keep a food blog to encourage myself to cook more and find new recipes. I figured the blog would be a good way to keep track of what I liked and didn't like, or any changes I made to recipes.

Great minds must think alike ;)
