i just put in a pre-order with circuit city for the PS3 80gb bundle with metal gear solid 4. it's supposed to release, according to circuit city's website, 6/12.
this is what happens when sony decides to not make the 80gb system stand-alone AND makes the 40gb NOT backwards compatible with the PS2. why is it only backwards compatible with the PS1 and NOT the PS2? i think that's lame.
just how the hell am i supposed to wait patiently until then? hopefully this won't be like one of those pre-order disasters where i sit on a pre-order and the bundle doesn't release until november or june of 2009.
oh god...i'm going to be miss antsy for the next month. especially since i wanted to buy it THIS weekend.
