8:45, new jersey turnpike -
the truck 4 cars ahead of our chinatown bus flips over, demolishes a poor unsuspecting car. Car catches on fire. Traffic screetches to a halt.
I was expecting a big explosion, as in movies and video games all flaming cars inevitably explode like well triggered time bombs, but none happened.
However, it was pretty cool how after the car stoped flaming, the wind from the pegasus chopper trying to land set it ablaze again, much to the excitement of the 70+ old extraverted chinese men who had poured out of the bus to watch.
somehow, after watching a car burn to cinders for an hour and half, we still made it to DC only 30 min late. Go chinatown bus!
I also have a taste aversion to those delicious muscat gummies now, cuz that all i had to eat on the way, without breakfast. Oh well, life's hard.
Also, expect some entries from Albert soon, who will be corresponding from Germany.
So for now, im back in town - good to be home y0!
