I can't figure out polls so you have to comment.
Joanne Kathleen Rowling stated that she will kill off two characters in HP7.
Who will die?
My money is on Harry Potter and Voldemort. And, I think that the reprieve went to either Severus Snape or Remus J. Lupin.
Well, Voldemort is a given. He has to die. The whole "good triumphs over evil", every good book ends like that. Doesn't it?
And, if he doesn't die, the world is doomed. Face it.
Now, Harry. I do admit, I'm slightly biased because I hate Harry, with A DON. So, obviously I want him to die. But, a lot of evidence points towards that.
The obvious being Jo's quote from yesterday's interview:
"I never intended to kill Harry before the end of the seven books."
Before the end. However, in the end, bye-bye Harry!
There's also loads of other evidence that is irrelevant because it means checking it, and frankly I'm far too tired to worry about that.
And, I think that Snape has been reprieved because, well, to be honest, he's too awesome. And, he needs to redeem himself. I mean, you can't kill Dumbledore and not have a good reason!!
I also think Lupin was reprieved because she can't kill the last Marauder. End of. If she kills Remus, the world will END.
There was that theory going round of "the killing order of MWPP will be Prongs, Padfoot, Wormtail, Moony." I refuse to believe that. And, I don't think that Jo would do something as trivial as that.
.... And, any of you who think Ron is going to die can bugger off. Literally. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE - HANDS DOWN - to believe that Ronald Billius Weasley will die. He will not.
If he does (which he wont) I will rip out every page of the book, shred them, rip them up more then burn them.
So, she'd better not.... But then she'd get more money because I'd buy a new copy.
