CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
PARTIES
This agreement is dated and in effect as of 22nd day of October, 2002, by Messrs. Phillip Jeffries and Geoffrey Williams, and Miss Vanessa Wintle.
CONDITIONS
The aforementioned parties, in an attempt to boost knowledge and acumen in the face of oncoming examinations, agree to commit themselves to eight (8) hours of study every day. This may constitute whatever activities the party themselves decides on, providing it constitutes academic activity in given subject areas.
If these conditions are not met, the following actions will be taken:
- Miss Wintle will, for one (1) breach of the above conditions, vacuum Mr. Jason Hermon’s room, wearing one (1) pink apron and with one (1) stuffed animal inserted under her clothing to simulate pregnancy. Further breaches will result in the following rooms being vacuumed (under the same conditions) in succession: Mr. Phillip Jeffries, Mr. Michael Newton, Mr. Graham Charteris, and Mr. Adam Stevenson.
- Messrs. Jeffries and Williams will, for one (1) breach of the above conditions, vacuum Miss Wintle’s room, wearing one (1) pink apron. Further breaches will result in the following rooms being vacuumed (under the same conditions) in succession: Miss Katherine Scarfe, Miss Julie Aidney, Miss Hannah Christiansen, Miss Karen Walker, Miss Angela Bennett and Miss Baujke Lenting.
Upon the termination of this contract, the total contract breaches for each party will be totalled. The party with the most contract breaches shall then, attired in one (1) pink apron and one (1) bathing suit, complete a 400m circuit of the Massey University running track, approximately ten (10) minutes before the meeting of the Massey University Harrier Club.
UNUSUAL CONDITIONS
If the number of breaches is equal for one or more of the subjects, both will run the 400m separately, each wearing the apron. However, if there are zero (0) breaches between the three parties, no party will have to undergo this action.
Days on which exams are held (for each party) are exempt from any of these conditions.
Any other unusual conditions or possible exceptions to these conditions can be discussed between the other parties, and decided by majority vote.
This contract will be terminated as of 5th of November, 2002, by the above parties.
