Tech types: It's that time again. I'm sick of my host's bullshit. Anyone know a good one? I'm looking for one that doesn't accidentally pre-bill me for all of 2008 and - if I'm not asking too much - provides a webmail that 1) has had active development in the last decade and 2) isn't so over-ajaxed that it can't be trusted to display my messages in order with correct date stamps.

Maybe it's time for S3 and gmail hosted email... I may be overdue for a paradigm shift after all
