Excellent books on the history of witchcraft

I have been reading a few very excellent books on the history of witchcraft practices. It is very helpful considering how much bad history is passed along in neo-paganism and how much polite disagreement there is among historians as well. I don't want to fall into the trap of reading just one professors or just one school's opinions and getting locked into a point of view.

I just finished Ecstasies: Deciphering the Witches Sabbath by Carlo Ginzburg and I am currently immersed in the world of Cunningfolk and familiar Spirits by Emma Wilby. And last year I read Popular Magic: Cunningfolk in English history by Owen Davies.

Next on my list after I complete the Emma Wilby book is Triumph of the Moon by Ronald Hutton.

Does anyone have any good historical accounts about the history of witchcraft that they would recommend? I am interested in English magic, but I would also love to hear of good academic books that are focused beyond the confines of one island too :)
