I'm reapplying. Did you miss me? haha

1. Name: Laura, or Lo
2. Age: 19. no where near close enough to 20
3. Queer, or wish you were?:oh yea.
4. Location: sacramento, ca. unfortunatly
5. What is your favorite book and why?: invisible monsters by chuck palahniuk, but the perks of being a wallflower comes in a close 2nd
6. Life motto (phrase you live by): "sing like you think no one's listening"
7. Why are you so gay? (if we hear any more stories about how you had two Barbies but no Ken, we will kill you, seriously.): who knows. i have a huge dyke aunt, i think penis' are ugly, i find women to be amazingly beautiful. probably a mixture of that and genetics.
8. Your hero/idol: my father. he's an awesome dad, and a good man who's been through alot of shit in his life.
9. Thoughts on the following:
Socialism ("I don't follow politics" does not work. Stop being ignorant and come back when you're educated.): it was a good idea, but it doesn't work with a large population. I don't know. I'm not a big fan, not that I'm a big fan of our government right now or anything.
Grammar: When it comes to talking with friends or something along that lines, I'm not big on grammar. I use a lot of slang and all that, but when it comes to typing or actually writing, there has to be good grammar. I hate when someone talks LiKe ThIs or uses U or Y and things like that. Just annoys the hell out of me.
Country music: I like some. I like Johnny Cash alot.
Rating communities: Depends on the community. Some of the meaner ones are hilarious, but I can't help but love NUQ though.
Intermarriage: all for it. you can't help who you fall in love with, so you should be able to marry who you want.
Religion: I'm not too big on organized religion. I don't think you should have to go to church or give money in order to be a believer. I believe in a higher power, but I prefer to follow it my own way.
Machismo: I can't help but find cockyness extremely hot, but too much is not attractive.

10. What is "class," to you? Class is being honest, respectful, thoughtful, and all those other things you want to find in someone. Believe it or not, the majority of people have class.

11. Are you one who settles, or one who strives for more? Why? With most things I do settle for me, because It's almost like 2nd nature. But there are some things I do settle with, but it's usually because there's really nothing else that can be done.

12. Do you honestly think that you are attractive? Yea, I do. I look in the mirror and I'm glad that I am somewhat attractive and that I do stick out in a crowd.

13. How would you gauge the importance of acquiring a second (or third) language? In my neighborhood, it's really important to know spanish or vietnamese, because there are not that many english speaking people. I hate to sound like an asshole, but I don't want to learn another language purely for the fact that I need it to communicate with everyone else here. If I were to move to another country with a different language, I would learn the language. I work in customer service, and it's really a pain in the ass when they don't understand what we're saying to them, and we can't understand what they're saying to us.

14. Do you perpetuate a gay stereotype? (Honestly, people!) Yea, I do to a certain extent. I'm pretty much your average boi. I'm a girl that looks like a boy, and that's a gay stereotype of its own. But ask me if I care.

15. Do you take what people on the Internet say seriously? I only take the people that I actually know and care for seriously online.

16. And finally, why should we give a damn (this can be intepreted in any way you wish)? Because you all loved me before the community disappeared for awhile, and you should still love me.

17. At least 3 pictures (at least one non-photoshopped that you can see your face in):

an oldie. this is almost a year old, but I miss my shaggy hair and I'm trying to grow it out.

i miss my mohawk.
