12 days is long enough of a break for updating, so time to let you hosers in on whats going on.
Christmas was quite good, I ended up with a bunch of cool stuff.
-A new pair of headphones that hopefully won't break like those POS Koss ones.
-A plastic/rubber case for my iPod so it won't get fucked up again
-"America: The Book", one of the funniest things I've read since "Our Dumb Century"
-A decent pair of jeans
-Two CD's: "Mingus Ah Um" by Charles Mingus, and "Funeral for a Friend" by The Dirty Dozen Brass Band
-An MSU Band winter hat. Very useful
-A new pair of winter shoes, so I can walk around without getting my feet soaked.
-Dodgeball, Spies Like Us, and Ace Ventura on DVD
-The first season of Chappelles Show
I was up north right after Christmas, which was mildly boring, but I did get to go skiing. That was kinda nice. That, and I slept like a damn rock. 12 hours or so a night. It was lovely.
Today I drove back from up north, then took Buda, Brian, and James down to the Great Lakes Invitational at Joe Louis. State played New Hampshire, one of the top ranked teams around. We took em into OT and scored in about 4 minutes. It was glorious. That means that tomorrow's game is gonna be MSU vs. That Damn School From Ann Arbor. It should be quite a game.
That's all I have to say about that. I think.
