One quick question to my JMU Alum buddies: I don't remember if it was one of y'all, but I'm pretty sure it was a then-fellow JMU buddy...but someone a looong time ago Freshman year linked me this well-written, serious, yet slightly tongue-in-cheek "Survival Guide to College". My students from fall semester are about to embark on their first semester in college, so I thought I would send them the link. But lo, though I have searched far and wide in the digital lands, my attempts have gathered no fruits of substantial worth...while I have come across several "HOW TO SURVIVE TEH COLLEGES" pages, none were quite as good or fitting as the one I read back in 2004.
If anyone remembers what I'm talking about, do you happen to remember the web link, or be able to ask around/find it again?
Specifically, I remember the ending stating something along the lines of "Also, you're grown-up now. Eat dessert first."
