I'm feeling a bit better today. Did my yoga. I need to get back on track with losing weight. I currently weigh 169 pounds.
I just get so tired, but I need to focus on eating good things, like healthy sandwiches and salads. And to stop eating fast foot and sweets...I never really drink pop anyway.
And my birthday and valentine's day are coming up...I need to make sure it doesn't totally throw me off course. How will I manage?
