Last night...
I wrote a letter to my brother.
"'Ey, Patrick,
I don't have much going on these days. I've taken up studying French again. I think I'm doing okay.
I got a vegetarian cookbook, because I've been feeling uninspired in the kitchen. I made lentil tomato soup today, and soda bread on the weekend. The bread's pretty thick. Zak made the mistake of cutting really thick slices that took about a century to chew.
I heard something about neopets finally developing a mobile site, so for kicks I actually got in touch with their support team so that I could access my oldest account (the email address had expired), and they actually got me on! It's kind of hilarious how little it's changed.
Fig spent most of the day cowering behind the sofa. He gets freaked out by big trucks. Poor kitty.
Oh! Zak has started taking driving lessons. He seems to be really enjoying them.
We've also been reading the Vinyl Cafe together.
It was great seeing you on Friday. I'm thinking of having another movie night this Friday! Think you'd be up for it?
Hope the job's going okay, and that buns are good, and that Kelsey is recovering okay from the surgery.
