[Battlestar Galactica Picspam] Four almost kisses VS two proper ones
Four times Bill and Laura should could have kissed in front of everyone (and none of them would have cared less, maybe even encouraged it) and two times they actually did.

I never cease to wonder about the power that oozes from this woman. Here he is, all sad and depressed and not even his own son can get him to cheer up. But she needs just a few moments and one of her stunning smiles and *voilà* he is smiling too!
I could totally see a kiss here.

I'm sure no one would have objected if they had kissed. They were absolutely entitled to it, in my opinion... why do they have to be so sensible leaders and keep up the appearances??
