Hey! Welcome, I'm so happy when new people find us. I am raising my 4 year old son and 6 mos old girl in SLC. Are you living in UT now?

I am living in Salt Lake - I just bought a house in South Salt Lake.

Nice, we used to live off 33rd a block from that duck park at about 5th east. Now we have a condo in murray that we will be trying to sell soon to move into a bigger place. Your little boy is adorable!!!

I live on Leland Avenue - just up the street from the duck park!!! I too am trying to sell my condo in Murray (4003 South 300 East). I am hoping it seels soon, as I really cannot keep paying two mortgages!!!

oh ya, if we could afford to do that we would but we will have to sell while occupied. How long have you had it on the market?
