A Brief Overview Of The Finances Of The Empire [aka-- why I'm so broke all the time]
I got season two of the new series of Doctor Who today, directly after depositing my check and taking out my rent and hiding it from myself. I have approximately $30 for the rest of the week. Man, unfortunately, cannot live on Doctor alone. It is a sad world we live in. Luckily, with all my room mates working now, there's a slight chance that someone else will buy food so that I can survive long enough to watch my prize... over and over and over...
And, yes, I'm pretty sure I'll put off buying more contacts so that I can get season three before my birthday [and then spend the gift certificates I asked for on season one of Torchwood... there is no end in sight.]
