Obligation to help?
Brought up by discussion elsewhere, and also my pondering on the full moon ritual I was at tonight:
Do you think that your path includes in it an obligation to be helpful to others? If so, how would you define that? Is it a 'all the time if at all possible'? Or 'It's nice: good stuff comes back to you, after all, but it's not my first priority?" or a "I'm not obligated to do so by my religious path, but I do sometimes anyway?" (Or any one of a number of other options, of course...)
Does it make a difference to you how the help is asked for? Or who asks?
