Alright, fine.

Some INTERNET CONTAGION OR SOMETHING from artyste. I'm too lazy to put it in my own words, so here's his:

On your current playlist, hit shuffle and pick the first twenty songs on the list (no matter how cheesy or embarrassing), and write down your favorite line of the song. Try to avoid putting the song title in the line. Then have your friends comment and see if they know the songs:

  1. I didn't wear glasses 'cause I thought it might rain, now I can't see anything... I made a mistake, chalked it up to design; I cracked through time, space, godless and dry.
  2. Awake to the sound as they peel apart the skin; they pick and they pull trying to get their fingers in
  3. The seeds of inspiration never germinated in my mind; the beacon of awakening is somewhere that I can't find...
  4. The rollercoaster I've been through is nearly at an end; if I bought my ticket with my tears that's all I'm gonna spend
  5. Is he strong? Listen, bud! He's got radioactive blood! (You people better get this one.)
  6. If I bleed, my lies won't fill the emptiness inside; I just need, for something real to open up my mind
  7. Hey, check it out, radicchio! These red leaves, man, they almost glow - and bok choi! I've always wanted to try it! I wonder if I have enough to buy it... it's grown in Japan, or maybe China, or maybe some farm in South Carolina.
  8. Halls of Justice painted green, money talking. Power-wolves beset your door, hear them stalking. Soon you'll please their appetite, they devour. Hammer of Justice crushes you, overpowers.
  9. Never had to battle with no bulletproof vest, never start no static I just get it off my chest. Take a small example, take a tip from me: Take all of your money, give it all to charity.
  10. Heard a sermon from a creaky pulpit with no one in the nave; I paid a visit to the synagogue and I left there feeling blame. No one could tell me what to do, no one had the ability to answer me.
  11. Machine guns pumping, hearts thumping, death beats all around. People crying for freedom - no one hears a sound,
  12. So I sit and wait and wonder, "Does anyone else feel like me?" I'm so over-dosed on apathy and burnt out on sympathy.
  13. Someone help us understand who ordered this disgusting arrangement, time and the end. I don't want to hear who walked on water, because the hallways are empty and the clock ticks...
  14. I don't need no arms around me, I don't need no drugs to calm me. I have seen the writing on the wall, don't think I need anything at all.
  15. That which many strive to be: It's the marble statue standing over me... and nobody has the will to tear it down, it determines wrong and right; but to me its just a stereotype, and it makes us lose our sight...
  16. Not about to see your light, but if you wanna find hell with me I can show you what it's like; 'til you're bleeding
  17. What did I ever do so wrong that you should cast me from grace? Though I love to rule in Hell, here; how I miss the taste of Heaven, its soft and cool embrace.
  18. Every star I've wished on fades away, and my universe gets dimmer every day.
  19. Soon I'll be a stranger in a strange new place, searching for an old familiar face.
  20. Well, cars break down and people break down and other things break down too...

Man, some of these are way too easy. This is also a bit harder to do than it would seem; there are a lot of songs that are fun to listen to but have less-than-intriguing lyrics. Oh well.

I guess I'll post the answers tomorrow or something.
